What People Are Saying About TKG

After several months of intricate planning and organizing, TKG Constrction and Toby Grohne completed a very complex project in the Fall of 2014 on time and budget. The intricacies of replacing decades old windows and doors in a historic hotel are many and TKG navigated each of them with great skill and professionalism. The TKG crews were always mindful of our guests and our facility, maintaining professional demeanor and attitude throughout the course of the project. The project was initiated with a very aggressive timeline and through careful planning, progress reporting and commitment TKG was able to not only meet the deadline, but finish ahead of schedule.

We appreciate and respect our affiliation with TKG so for this and many other reasons I am happy to recommend TKG and look forward to future projects with them.

We have had a great experience working with TKG Construction. They are a unique in their ability to cross between high-end custom construction and competitive production projects. Most local companies are limited to one market or the other, but TKG has somehow built a structure to perform on both sides of the market. Most of the companies skilled for top quality custom construction end up pricing themselves out of the middle of the market, but TKG Construction somehow can do both. Our team here at Sotheby’s highly recommends TKG Construction for residential or commercial projects

We have worked with Toby on numerous successful projects, and we are always pleased and excited to work with him again in the future. TKG Construction and Toby Grohne undertook a major structural defects we discovered in our apartment building at Pioneer Homestead in Jackson, Wyoming. Not only destructing the exterior of the building to install the required structural elements, but consulted with our structural engineers about alternative cost effective solutions. Some of the work required access into apartments and his employees were respectful and considerate of our tenants. This project was no easy task, yet he, his supervisors and crew were able to complete the work in a timely, cost effective manner.
